Öğrenciler arasında "kripto" diye geçen kriptoloji, şifre bilimidir. Güçlü şifreleri bile kırabilecek potansiyele sahip öğrenciler yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan bu dersi iyi bir harf notuyla geçebilmek, aynı zamanda bir irade ve sabır işidir. En çok zorlanılan, ve ortalaması en düşük olan derslerden olduğundan, öğrenciler her sene bu dersin zorunluluğunu protesto etse de, okul yönetimi bütün ısrarlara direnmektedir.
